ErgoTax is designed to keep your tax information on your device. Please do not send the following through email or support channels:
- Social Security numbers or EINs
- Full tax returns or completed forms
- Tax documents (W-2s, 1099s, etc.)
- Bank account or routing numbers
- Other sensitive personal or financial information
Normal support channels are not designed to receive sensitive information securely. ErgoTax support cannot review your tax return for correctness or provide tax, legal, or financial advice.
